2 Coin 2015 Reverse Proof Libertad Silver Coin

Since this 2 coin set is a limited set (only 250 made) I have 2 questions. #1 If I submit for grading will they be designated as a set as only 250 were put together (does it need to be sent in as a set in OGP ?) #2 It includes a reverse proof silver libertad will that be described in the slab as well? Thanks for your question. NGC would not designate these as a set as they are an Apmex exclusive deal with the bank of Mexico.

These are designated as proof-like because that is how they are described by the Bank of Mexico on their website.
