Man, what can you say? Hopefully this guy is caught before the day is through and when he get's the cuffs on he's already no longer a burden to society.

According to local articles, the owner did have a shotgun present in the store but didn't get to it in time.

 

This place was a local institution. Sad day indeed in old Cheyenne
