Do GSA holders need to be stickered before submission??

Gotta question for the NGC braintrust...

 

Do GSA CC Morgan dollars need to be stickered with the invoice #/line#? And does this need to be done on the front of the holder, back of the holder or does it matter?

Yes, please sticker these with the invoice number and line item number. The front of the holder is best.
