1915D Buffalo Nickel - Rough Finish/?

Hello Everyone,

 

I have checked with both NGC and PCGS along with an hour on Google; time spent trying to identify this coin error type (if applicable) I have heard that PCGS has certified one PR67 1915 but not sure of the mint. That's about it. Also, there was someone else in another forum asking about what appeared be an identical coin without the D mint-mark. Please notice the 1915 especially the five and the "UN" on the obverse & E PLURIBUS UNUM.

 

If anyone can give me some insight on this coin, perhaps if it is a error type or not. Anything you can tell me would be appreciated! Thanks!

Yep. I agree. This was a common problem with Buffalo's.
