grading tokens w/o bill of sale

I have some Chinese tokens that i would like to have graded. However, as per reading through your requirements on the Chinese tokens, I would need documentation to be sent along with the tokens. I had a garage fire in 2010 where I stored various paperwork, former I.R.S., Mortgage docs, etc. along with the bill of sale for the tokens (basements was too damp & paper work starting to mold problem) So, what would be the protocol to have them graded?
