My first impulse is 63 -64....the toning on the reverse makes it hard for me to really get a sense of what the fields really look like. However I'm a rookie just taking a crack at it.

My "price grade" would be MS-64. It might be a technical grade MS-65, but the toning on the reverse is not attradtive to me, and I would not pay MS-65 money for it. That is just me, however, because I have seen any number of "old" commemorative half dollars with what I would consider to be unattractive toning with high grades and high prices on them. And, yes, I am not a fan of dark tab toning no matter how much some commemorative coin collectors like it.
