Can u grade/appraise my bill?

The Confederate 1863 issue $20 bill is common as a type piece. In addition this piece has a big stain on the upper left front and corresponding back that brings down the value considerably. Unless this is a very rare, obscure type, I don't see how this piece could be unusually valuable.
