After log-in, I can't find any link on my home page that allows me to check submission status. I read through previous posts, and they are no help. Do you have a seeing-eye dog available for handicap access?

Collectors Society members with paid full feature accounts can check the status of their submissions online by choosing "My Order status" from the Coins menu (in the black menu bar) after logging in.

 

Also, you are always welcome to contact customer service at 1.800.NGC.COIN to check the status of your submissions.
