Plastic storage boxes?

Are NGC submissions not returned in plastic storage boxes? Earlier this year I sent in two submissions, one of 40 coins and another of 30 coins and they were shipped back to me in cardboard boxes with thin cardboard separators. Don't know why but I was expecting the silver plastic storage boxes. As late as last year for submissions of as few as 8 coins PCGS returned them to me in their blue plastic storage boxes.

Thanks for your question. All submissions are returned in sturdy cardboard shipping boxes that contain dividers so the holders don't come into contact with one another.
