I don't collect this series and don't have them in any of my collections. I say this, because I know very little about them. This coin is my brother-in-laws and it's just been sitting in a box out in his garage.

 

I wanted to see what others thought about it's possible grade, surfaces, and variety. Thanks for any input and help.

It appears that at some point someone did not like the toning and cleaned the coin as there are hairline scratches in the field. I would grade the coin UNC details improperly cleaned.

As was the case with the other dollar you posted recently, if this one has been cleaned, I can't tell from the images.
