Roosevelt Dime White and Full Torch

I have been collecting NGC Roosevelt Dimes that are NGC graded as "White." I have noticed that often dimes may be rated as "FT" (Full Torch) or "W" (White) but I have never seen one rated both White and Full Torch. Are these designations exclusive of each other ?

The 'W' designation for a white coin was discontinued prior to the adoption of the FT designation, hence why no coins are holdered as both W and FT, although that does not mean they are exclusive of each other.

Thank you for your quick response. If I submit my NGC rated (White) coins to NGC for possible rating as FT, can I get a coin back with both the White and Full Torch rating even though NGC is no longer using the White rating for future submissions ?
