1795 Large Cent PCGS XF40. This coin has amazingly clean surfaces with not a trace or roughness. The color is a choice chocolate brown. Truly a PQ example.

This coin did not receive a CAC sticker, and it is not because of any hidden problems. You can PM me if you would like to know.

$4500

Ankur, I think NGC goofed on the attribution of the first coin. I believe it to be the slightly more valuable head of 1795 variety. I double checked with Coin Facts and the images seemingly comport with my observation.

Kenny, I believe NGC got this one right. The curl doesn't hook around. Also look at the headband, thinner and more pronounced than the 95 version.

It looks look it does hook around if you enlarge it or am I seeing things? It looks like the strike might be a bit weak and there are hits there. Nevertheless the hair band observation is interesting. The hair still looks much longer than the depicted image for the head of 1794 picture posted. This coin has me wondering...
