Add Vaiiety to NGC Variety Plus Designation List

What is the proper method to have NGC evaluate adding a documented variety from the Wiley & Bugert 1993 Complete Guide to Liberty Seated Dollars to the already existing Variety Plus Designation List ?

 

The specific coin is listed as 1843 Seated Half Dollar WB-104 Center Dot Head Die. The listing also includes image of the variety.

Thanks for your question. I consulted with David Lange, NGC Research Director on this one. He tells me NGC would not include that variety. It's a fairly normal part of the die making process and not of strong enough interest to collectors at this time.
