Error on this V Nickel? Lamination, strke through, or slag inclusion.

I have heard different things about the error on this coin. I think it is strike through. What error do you think it is? I am hearing lamination, strike through, or slag inclusion. I originally thought it was damage and posted it to another forum. I am not that familiar with errors.
