I agree completely. MS 64 amd the hits across the bell lines will preclude any FBL designations.

Yes, they are MS-64 coins. There are too many obvious marks to grade any higher.

 

The funny thing I found about Franklin half dollars when I was dealer was that you could find coins like this in MS-63 holders too. The grading was all over the map, and there was money to be made if you were willing to spend the time to sort though the coins.

Yep, both look to be non-FBL 64's.
