Can I send a soldered coin (but otherwise very rare)

Can I send a world coin that has been soldered on the rim and there is some excess solder left on the reverse. Observe is perfect.

 

This is very rare coin (estimates 50-100 pcs) and a lot of counterfeits.

 

I will be OK with details grading.
