Another Question On The Star Designation

When a coin is sent in for consideration to receive the Star Designation is it removed from the holder, or do the graders examine it while still in the holder.

Art,

 

Designation Reviews are examined in the existing holder but can be looked at out of the holder if needed. All Designation Reviews are automatically reholdered but maintain the original certification number.shocked.gif This answer replaces my previous post which was incorrect. crazy.gif
