Hello I'v just started buying NGC graded coins iv got my 1st 1 I understand most of what's on the label except for the picture does this mean something the one I have has an American state I think thank you

Thanks for the question. In certain instances NGC uses special labels with themes that tie in to the coin's subject or design. The label design is intended to enhance the appearance of the NGC holder.
