wrong holder

Hi, I had pick up a Sacagawea one dollar coin that was graded by NGC,the trouble with this coin is the holder states that the coin is a 2004P, MS-67, but the coin in the holder is a 2005P, number is 1532649-012, how can I get this corrected. Thanks Don

Thanks for the question and sorry about this issue. A mechanical error such as this may be returned to NGC for correction at no charge to you. We will also reimburse for reasonable shipping expenses.

 

Please complete an NGC Submission Form and write Mechanical Error in bold letters (do not select a grading or service tier). If you do not have an NGC Submission Form, NGC Customer Service can send you an NGC Complimentary Services form if you request one by emailing Service@NGCcoin.com.
