SEGS, PCGS, ICG and ANACS require only for the two bands that hold together the fasces of the torch on the reverse of the Roosevelt dime to be well defined, fully split and uninterrupted. NGC requires not only the same, but also that the fasces of the torch be fully split and uninterrupted.
