Silver Eagle Registry incomplete - maybe?

Folks,

 

I have been trying to add a few new coins (new to me that is) to my Silver Eagle Registry and find:

 

1. Date & location are not listed example 2014(W)

 

2. After inputting the number the form says invalid for this selection. However, I double checked the coin with the verification tool and it says good.

 

How does one let them (yes, its always "them") know about the error or how do I get over the error should it be me?

Thanks - re-posted there. As you can tell I'm new at this and will with, a bit of luck and thanks to folks like you, I figure this out.

Because of the labels that they make up to increase sales, the 2014-W (struck at west point) do not go in the regular Eagle sets. they would now go in a variety set.
