I agree with AU, these are usually exceptionally well struck but the lower curls in Ben's hair look flat.......meaning just a touch of rub. Even still, if the coin were to be uncirculated, that toning appears very unattractive and I'd be shocked if it graded better than MS 63.

If you dipped it the wear would be more evident. That is one of the challenges with grading toning coins. Sometimes the toning hides the fact that the coin is a "slider," a coin that slides between AU and Mint State.
