1895 O Morgan Dollar with whisker

Hello. Been a while since I've made an appearance and hpe everyones well. Quick Q about this 1895 O. Not in the greatest shape, but I've noticed a raised whisker and haven't yet seen anything like it on this date/mint. Any ideas?

It looks like post mint damage, with the cut causing the metal around it to be raised.

 

 

1st response...dead on...not that I am surprised given Mark's extensive coin knowledge :devil:
