rim issue

Hi guys,

 

Attached are photos of an 1867/67 Indian cent. At about 2:00 on the obverse is some rim issue that I just can't wrap my head around. It's not a bump that's raised, it doesn't show up on the reverse.

 

The edge view shows a "rounded" surface. What do you think this is and will it grade?
