I am surprised that NGC does list ANY of those coins in the grading census. One would think that someone would have sent one in for grading by now.

 

PCGS has graded 537 of them in Mint State and 708 in Proof.

It's possible that the people in charge of updating the Census simply forgot about them considering the hoopla surrounding the HOF coins. Maybe you should direct your query to "Ask NGC"?
