OK... When filling out the U.S coin submission form for 2 cc morgans of the same date, the total payment doesn't add up to the services I've selected. The $5 upgrade to the scratch resistant holder isn't calculated. What am I doing wrong, or must I list them on multiple lines instead of one line?

Thanks for the question. Could you please let me know what grading tier you selected on the submission form? Are you using the fillable PDF submission form? If you are submitting under the Express or WalkThrough tiers the grading fee includes the scratch-resistant holder.
