Oak Tree Shilling Conservation

1 post in this topic

I discovered this Noe 1 Oak Tree Shilling last Spring with a metal detector. It appears to have excellent detail and no visible scratches. It does have some dirt stuck to it and dark toning. I believe what looks like damage is a planchet flaw as the coin is full weight. There is some mint luster visible on the coin, though it's difficult to see in photos. Would NCS be able to perform conservation on this coin and increase its eye appeal?
