JAPAN 1 Sen 1877 (Meiji 10) - KM17.1

If possible, would you please estimate by some percentage whether this coin, based on the picture, would benefit from a light restoration. I'm not interested in anything aggressive that would alter the natural, even splotchy, oxidized nature of this coin, nor do I mind how this coin might grade before or after work on it. Rather, there's some dust or fibers(?), those little white bits here and there, that I hope could be removed. I understand the results are uncertain, and surfaces below anything removed unknown, but find the non-metallic bits distracting.

In your estimation, would NCS services achieve what I'd like to achieve -or- do you think this is not worth the effort of a submission, in this case.

Thanks in advance for your advice.
