I don't venture to this side of the chat boards very often but with the photography work I've been doing the last couple of months, I thought I would post over here to share some of the wonderful coins I've been able to image for a fellow collector. My interests have always been in US coinage and after seeing such an impressive collection, I may begin rethinking that position in the future! Wow! Beautiful photos of some beautiful coins. Great job!

 

Just curious, how much of the photo is POST production? I mean is there a lot of touch up done or is what we see what the camera is seeing?

There is NO post-production or processing done on these images. What you see is what I saw through the lens. I try to keep all of my images as accurate as possible.

 

The only Photoshopping these images get is to circle crop and embed the images on the black background.
