EBay Seller Question

Has anyone dealt with a seller called "Howardsdirect" (howards@bright.net) on EBay. I did a Buy-it-now with him and his email address bounced when I requested confirmation. Is this guy real or what?

 

He also lists PayPal payment but states that he does not want to be paid through EBay. Makes me suspicious.

I'd pay him with a credit ard through PayPal. That way, you are covered for any fraud by your credit card company.

Isn't it frustrating when you finally find a decent coin on Ebay only to have to deal with some clown as a seller? Seems to happen to me all the time.

I've heard of people reporting problems with that seller. I can't remember the specifics. I think there were some threads on them in another forum.

I have purchased several Morgan Silver Dollars from them and have not had any issues....I have them listed under my favorite sellers so I can vouch for them being legit

Thanks for the info. I have not heard from him and my emails keep bouncing, so we'll see.
