QUESTION: 

 

Which modern commemorative coin (1982 to date) featured a design element said to have been plagiarized from another source, and what was that source?

1992 US Silver Dollar commemorating XXV Olympic Games.

 

The baseball pitcher design has a strong resemblance to a 1991 Fleer Baseball card of Nolan Ryan. in the same pose doh!

Answer: the 1992 Olympic Silver Dollar utilized a pitcher evidently taken from a Nolan Ryan baseball card
