$5 HOF First Release Pops...

Does anyone know why NGC is parsing out both First Releases and Early Releases for both the $5 Proof and Unc HOF coins?

 

AFAIK, the First Release numbers are supposed to be bundled into the Early Release numbers. Considering NGC only posted the pops for the $1 and $5 HOF issues yesterday, there must be a reason they're doing this. Are they the autographed slabs?

Never mind. It looks like they've been parsing out First and Early releases for a while.
