Filtering out "More than one available" coin listings on eBay?

Maybe this is the wrong forum to ask this, but I'm not sure where else to put it.

 

But does anyone know a way to filter out eBay listings where there are more than one coin available. Like this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/1958-Roosevelt-Silver-Dime-GEM-BU-From-OBW-Roll-9-232-/200965550051?pt=Coins_US_Individual&hash=item2eca7aefe3

 

I want to see the exact coin that I'm going to buy. Not just some random pick from a roll.

 

You can exclude words from the search by putting a "-" in front of it. Just like Google searches, i.e. "roosevelt dime -roll" will exclude all listing with the word "roll" in the title. But that doesn't filter all of the 'more than one available" listings. Anyone know how to filter these out?
