Does NGC slab Ancients and Napolionic medals about 44mm

NGC does not certify individual ancient coins at this time. The Napoleonic Medal you described is probably too large for a holder. The best case for this item would be an NGC "Photo-certificate" that states attribution and grade. This type of item should be sent to the attention of Brian Silliman at NGC.
