I completed my Lincoln set about two years ago in EF-AU, all raw except for the 09-S VDB and the 14-D. Unfortunately I don't have any duplicates to sell you. I just wanted to comment on the 1919-D in your list. This was the last coin I bought to complete the set. I had a very difficult time finding a nice no problem EF or AU coin. The one I finally bought isn't all I wanted it to be but I got tired of looking and "settled".

 

Good luck finding nice coins in those grades.
