Off center

Does NGC attribute a 1-2% offcenter coin? The below coin is definitely an offcenter. Look at 10-11 O Clock, the coin has shifted to the 11 O clock area leaving more space in the opposite 5 O clock area

The percentage off-centered is too minor to note on the grading label. It falls within reasonable tolerance.

It would not be consideredv an off-center because none of the design is missing from the coin. It might be an uncentered broadstrike, or it may be merely a mis-aligned die.

If the reverse is off in the same direction and amount but none of the design is off the edge of the coin then it is an uncentered broadstrike. If the reverse is normal it is a mis-aligned die.

In none of the three cases is the coin worth enough to justify having it slabbed.
