Certs with "DELETED" grades

I was verifying some NGC certified coin through the verification website when I noticed that some of these coins showed the grade as "DELETED". What does this mean and can I trust the grade on the coin's insert?

Thanks for the question. NGC typically lists cert numbers as deleted when the coin is removed from the holder and the label is returned to NGC to be deleted from the NGC Census. Occasionally coins appear as deleted because of a database error. You should email a picture of any holders that appear as deleted to NGC Customer Service at service@ngccoin.com so that we may fix the issue, if there is one.
