regrade review

I have a very valuable pattern that I think is under graded. I would like to send the coin in for regrade but I would rather not have the coin cracked out for fear of potential damage to the coin. Does NGC offer a comparable service to PCGSs round table review where the coin is evaluated in the holder and only removed if it upgrades?

NGC does not have a service as you described. If a coin is submitted regrade it is cracked out by us and you can not specify a higher grade only. If the coin were damaged by us when it was removed from the holder (extremely unlikely) depending on the damage it would probably grade lower and our guarantee would kick in where applicable.
