I just received a return from NGC of a coin that was not graded with the notation "Not Encapsulated - Ineligible Type" on the flip. Can you tell me exactly what that means? I would think the 1888 Swiss issues would be within the whelm of NGC's ability. Thank you!

Thank you for the question. "Ineligible Type" means that the coin type is not one that NGC certifies. If you PM or email me the NGC submission number I can look into the specifics of this coin.
