1896 VAM-4 Grade?

6 posts in this topic

Ok guys... I know this is the 1896 VAM 4 - Doubled Stars but is it worth grading? I got this in a collection from my Grandma and want to know if this is worth grading. I don't have the appropriate camera for pictures, I did my best for staging. It appears to have a scuff on the left side, bag? Nothing appears cleaned.

Just looking for help. Thanks

New here btw

Once more you pictures are distorted, but this piece has an intentional cleaning spot on the right obverse field. As such, it will not get a grade, which means that this coin is not worth certifying unless it is a very important variety. The slab company will put the piece in a holder, but there will be no grade.
