Help grading a 1932 P Lincoln Cent

Looking at photograde this coin probably matches up better with XF 40. That's just my opinion though.

 

Even with the left wheat stock lacking full definition at the top part? I thought it needs to be fully detailed and defined to qualify for XF or higher grades..?

By honest wear the coin is an EF-AU-45 to 50, but the late die state on the reverse would lower its market grade to EF-40 or even VF-35 because of the lack of detail on the wheat ears. The trouble is you can find EF-45 coins that are sharper than this, so why pay the same for this coin as you would for THAT coin?
