I'm new to this forum. This is a rare banknote that I have and I was wondering approximately what is it's condition (out of 60). Thank you in advance for your responses.

You might have a better chance asking for an opinion in the Paper Money Section of the forum.

 

But to add my opinion (I am basing this just what I read from the grading standards) I would say it would be a F12 -

 

12 Fine Considerable circulation, rounded corners, pinholes, minor margin splits may be present, but the note will be whole with solid paper.
