It's hard to grade from those images, but appears to be at least gem BU. Nothing in the MS65-MS67 range would surprise me. The coin looks fully PL to me.

Nice pickup. If its the coin I think it is, I hesitated a bit too long. The only thing that makes me wonder if its the same coin is that you have it in hand, that's fast shipping.

NGC MS67PL got it on ebay a couple days ago, arrived today, i rarely see these on ebay, and the price was reasonable. last one i had seen on ebay had to have been almost a year ago

Obverse appears to be from a partially sunken die that has been extensively polished during repair. Reverse looks like a worn die, again, extensively abraded.
