AU details, but the rim problems net it down to EF. I'd also want to make sure that the surfaces have not had the metal physically moved, i.e. cleaned. I'd say from the price standpoint it would be in the EF-40 area.

I'm with Bill. I think that reverse lowers the grade to EF 40.
