1955 10c S/S East CONECA RPM-002?

What's happening board. I'm trying to confirm this RPM. I believe it is CONECA listed S/S RPM-002 with the secondary S protruding to the east.

 

CONECA's website describes this RPM with die scratches from torch to right branch. But here there are clearly die scratches through the mint mark.
