Help in Grading Toned Franklins...Please...

Anyone care to help me grade these toned Franklins, your opinions are greatly appreciated. Grades, FBL or not, and opinion of if they warrent being sent to NGC or PCGS and which would you send to. Any help is greatfully accepted.

Given the photos all the coins look lackluster, have many hits and are "frankly" ugly, IMO. No offense intended. blush.gif

 

Of course, I'm not the best person to ask as I'm not much of a fan of the design. confused-smiley-013.gif

I think the first coin looks ok and doesn't have too many hits for submission. It looks like it's FBL, but I can't tell for sure so I would vote, just the first one is good enough, the rest look no better than MS62-MS63 in my opinion.

The '48-P, '49-P and '49-D meet PCGS FBL standards. The '48-P appears to be the best coin, gradewise. The others have too many marks to be MS64. The '48-D has fingerprint on the reverse. Grading Franklins from monochromatic pictures is tough.
