hi,i am new to ngc.i am going to submit 5 coins for grading.my ? is where it says 4-6 coins $1.00-$1000.00 for$?24.00. is this what I would have to pay,or actual value ? say the 5 coins where only worth $100.00 apiece.

Thanks for the question. For USPS Registered Mail you would pay the fee listed in the chart on the front of the NGC Submission form. The shipping fee varies depending on the total number of coins and the total declared value.
