A little help with the steps

 

Friends, I ordered a micro to check the perfection of my steps on my nickels before I send them in for grading. Of course I selected a 2012-P for my first test results. This little gadget will take a while to master!!

That's awesome! Care to share what kind of scope you bought and maybe a price range? I have been thinking about adding one to my setup as well.

If you find that software that comes with it a bit limited and cumbersome I will send you the link to some shareware software that I downloaded that works much better for me, and it might work better for you also.

I got the one that Wizard Coin Supply sells. It has an adjustable light. I paid $140 for it but pulled 8 nickles from the submission and the savings will pay for the cost of the micro. It's worth it for sure if you are doing business strike Roosevelts and Jaffersons.
