It's a very good primer for modern BU rolls.

 

One point that isn't mentioned is that few dime or quarter rolls are available and most of the ones that are are from mint sets.

I thought it was great info in what to look for in early 1940's and 1950's dated rolls. I've seen one too many dealers filling those plastic coin rolls one coin at a time to buy them.
