I have a question concerning Mercury Dimes. Sorry if it seems so simple or if it is just to easy to research but I thought I would give it a go here and see what I come up with.

 

What is meant by a Mercury Coin having Full Bands?

 

Knowing this would surely help me out in Garage Grading my own coins.
